All orders are usually processed in 2 to 3 business days. For large parcels and special cases, processing time may extend up to 15 days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.
The estimated delivery time of your order is 5 to 10 days after processing for orders placed within West Bengal, and 10 to 15 days for orders placed outside West Bengal.
We ship all orders to anywhere in India.
A pickup facility is available for all orders, Monday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The pickup facility is not available on public holidays.
If you do not receive your order by the estimated time, it may be delayed or lost. Contact our support team to know the exact location or status of your order.
Contact us immediately, inform us that the item is damaged, and send pictures of all sides of the damaged item. Once your request is received, we will escalate it for further processing.
